South IDC builds and operates data center infrastructure in Hong Kong for enterprises, cloud providers and telecom operators. We run the physical layer — cages, cabinets, cabling, power and the engineers who touch them — so your team can stay on the platform layer.

What we do

Three facilities in Tseung Kwan O, Tsuen Wan and Sha Tin, plus engineer access to the city’s carrier-neutral sites. Colocation from a single unit to a full cage, remote and smart hands under a written SLA, and network installation up to BGP transit and peering.

How we work

• Written scope. Every ticket has an agreed action list, an owner and a response target. Nothing is billed that was not agreed in writing.
• Evidence by default. Photos before and after, test output and a signed timesheet on close-out.
• Our engineers, not a marketplace. The people who enter your rack are on our payroll and under NDA.
• One escalation path. The same team that quotes the work answers for it.

Compliance and security

Engineers sign confidentiality agreements before site access. Work involving storage media is witnessed and logged, with optional recording. Data destruction follows NIST 800-88 or physical shredding depending on the requirement, and every batch is certificated.
