Data Center Migration
Same-city or cross-border moves, cut over in business-approved waves with a rehearsed rollback path at every step.
Overview
Migration risk lives in the dependencies nobody wrote down. We start with an equipment and dependency inventory, then build a wave plan where each wave has its own acceptance criteria and rollback condition.
Physical transport uses ESD packaging and climate-controlled vehicles; cutover covers DNS, BGP and load-balancer changes.
