Most of our infrastructure work is covered by confidentiality agreements. Rather than publish client names we do not have permission to use, below is the shape of the engagements we take on — the specifics (facility, scale, dates, outcome) are walked through during a consultation, and references are provided where the client agrees.

Colocation build-out

Racks designed against a cabinet drawing, powered on dual feeds, cross-connected to the customer’s carriers, and handed over with port maps, cabinet photography and an acceptance sheet per wave.

Facility migration

Asset and dependency inventory, a wave plan with per-wave validation and rollback conditions, ESD-packaged transport, and cutover covering DNS, BGP and load-balancer changes inside agreed windows.

Remote hands programme

A monthly retainer covering hardware swaps, patching and walkthroughs at a carrier-neutral site, reported monthly with ticket volume, response times and failure categories.

Exit and decommissioning

Serial-level asset reconciliation, NIST 800-88 wipe or physical destruction with certificates, de-racking, and cabinet restoration so the facility releases the deposit.
