Overview
Exit projects fail on paperwork and cabinet condition. We reconcile the asset list serially, wipe or shred storage to an agreed standard, and return the cabinet to its handover state.
You receive a data destruction certificate and a signed facility acceptance sheet.

What we handle on site
Inventory: serial-level reconciliation tagged keep, scrap or ship.
Data destruction: NIST 800-88 wipe or physical shred with certificate.
De-rack: removal, ESD packaging and carrier pickup coordination.
Restoration: strip custom parts, refit blanking panels, clean and inspect.

How is response time measured?
From the moment we accept the ticket in writing. Standard dispatch is four hours, one hour for emergencies, 24/7.
Which facilities do you cover?
Carrier-neutral facilities across Hong Kong plus our own partner sites in Tseung Kwan O, Tsuen Wan and Sha Tin.
How is the work priced?
Per ticket with a two-hour minimum, or a monthly retainer for recurring work. Quotes are written and based on site and task type.
