This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website and how we handle it, in line with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) of Hong Kong.

What we collect

Enquiry data. When you submit the contact or quote form we receive your name, company, email, phone, the service you selected and your message.
Technical data. Web server logs record IP address, user agent and requested URL for security and troubleshooting.
Analytics. If analytics is enabled, aggregated page-view data may be collected. No advertising profiles are built.

Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, and maintain the security of the site. We do not sell or rent personal data.

Who sees it

Enquiry data is delivered to our operations mailbox and is accessible only to staff who need it to answer you. Email is delivered through our mail provider; hosting is provided by our infrastructure partner.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are retained for as long as needed to serve the commercial relationship and to meet accounting or legal obligations, then deleted.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by writing to noc@isp.com.hk. We respond within a reasonable period and in any event within the timeframe required by the Ordinance.

Cookies

The site uses only the cookies required for it to function. We do not set advertising cookies.
