Remote Hands
Certified engineers dispatched to your rack for hardware, cabling and reboot tasks — standard response four hours, emergencies within one.
Overview
If your team is outside Hong Kong, every reseated cable should not require a flight. Remote hands puts a trained engineer in front of your equipment on request, working strictly to a written ticket.
We handle the physical layer: drive swaps, PSU replacement, patching, console access and photographic proof of every action.
